1999, The Turquoise Eye, Interlude 2

From the journals of Brother Osiris of the Turquoise Eye

If you would make a sharp sword, use good steel and run it many times through the forge. If you would wield it, aim for the heart of your enemy.

  1. Brother Osiris! he makes a good point. A fearsome enemy must be completely extinguished.

  2. He is a good person, Clay. I am not sure I understood him at first, but over the years I have come to respect him very much.

  3. There are no enemies, only potential allies.

Thanks for looking me up, Rab.

  4. Jeff, thank you for coming by. And don't worry, I have not known Brother Osiris to actually stab someone with a sword. Probably he had some metaphysical interpretation in mind.
